There are so many great recipes out there for chicken pot pie! My dear friend Julie;has a nice one for individual chicken pot pies all decorated for special dinners. This can be found on "Ladies of Grace". Another dear friend; Debra gave me a chicken pot pie recipe from scratch using whole wheat flour and fresh vegatables. Some add chedder cheese. But for me; this is the one I use when in a hurry and it seems to be well liked by my family. The picture above is our chicken pot pies before they were baked. My daughter ; Becky and I were having a good time putting these together as she drew her "smiley face" on one!
